Buyer Representation

Buyer Representation

Charles River Law Partners LLC represents buyers in every aspect of the real estate transaction, including making a strong initial offer, negotiating the terms of a purchase and sale agreement, protecting deposits, enforcing contract provisions, and the coordinating realtors, lenders, and other professionals.

Whether you are buying your first home, a vacation property, or dream home, all real estate purchases involve significant financial and emotional investment.  Our real estate attorneys provide every buyer with sound legal advice and guidance at every step.

Your closing agent will begin preparation for your closing shortly after you sign your purchase and sale.  The closing agent will work closely with your lender to make sure that all of the lender's closing requirements are met.  Once the lender has received all necessary documents and the loan has been approved, the closing agent will schedule a closing for the parties and organize a comprehensive closing package consisting of a closing statement, loans, mortgages, and all other documents to complete your refinance or purchase.

We offer real estate buyers a simple fixed fee for representation during the purchase of most residential real estate.

If you have found the perfect home, fill out our Real Estate Purchase or Sale Intake and put our team to work for you.

Charles River Law Partners, LLC represents clients in Suffolk County, Middlesex County, Essex County, Norfolk County, Plymouth County, Bristol County, Worcester County, Hampden County, and Franklin County.
